~REGISTRATION POLICIES~

In order to provide quality and enjoyable programs for everyone, we follow the standard guidelines and policies below:

Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
Your place in class is confirmed when payment is received.  Some classes will fill early. Register in advance to secure your spot.

Minimum Enrollment
Instructor or director may cancel any class if minimum enrollment of five students is not met at least five days prior to session start date.

Make-up Classes
Students may be allowed to make up missed classes by attending another regularly scheduled class. Classes must be made up in the same session as missed classes. In case of cancellation due to inclement weather, every effort will be made to reschedule affected classes; however this may not be possible. In this case, you are encouraged to attend another class as a make up.

Inclement Weather or Emergency
Several channels of communication will be used to notify students of classes cancellations, including: email, text when possible, and announcements on the Mosaique home page and Facebook. If you have doubt or need clarification, contact your instructor directly.

Students are expected to:
~ Arrive to class on time. Late arrival disrupts the flow and concentration of the class.
~ Come to class prepared with any props or materials as advised by the instructor. If you have a problem acquiring the necessary materials, speak to the instructor as soon as the issue arises.
~ Respect the educational environment and behave accordingly. Instructors reserve the right to remove any student or observer at their discretion who disrupts the enjoyable and safe learning environment, in which case no monies will be refunded or credited.

You may enjoy our classes in one of three ways:

  • Become a Mosaique member and Enroll in class(es) by registering for the full session. Class fees may be prorated if enrolling mid-session. *New Students: Class fee includes 3-month trial membership. After the trial period ends you may join as a full member at the annual rate and continue to enjoy our programs for the special member priceMemberships are renewed annually.  See the Membership page for details.

  • Drop-in to individual classes without enrolling for $20/class. Bring cash or check, payable to Mosaique LLC, to class. Occasionally we offer a Trial Special.If you're not sure you are ready to become a Mosaique member or commit to a full session, we encourage you  to take advantage of this special, usually advertised on the Schedule & Registration page.

  • Purchase a Multi-Class Season Pass (Available to members only) for $270 per term if you wish to take two or more classes. Pass does not include workshops. Pass is valid only in the term in which it was purchased and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment for the pass may be made in two installments. First payment is due the first week of the term and the second payment is due no later than the third week of the term. To purchase the pass, first you need to become a member. Then contact us to request a paypal invoice, and let us know which classes you would like to take.
